Instructions and Precautions when Creating Concrete Elevation Wall Tiles:

Preparation of the Mould: Clean the PVC moulds thoroughly to ensure no dust, debris, or residue from previous use remains. Lightly coat the inside of the mould with a release agent or non-stick spray to ensure easy removal of the concrete after setting.
Concrete mixture:
Use the right mix of cement, sand, aggregates, and water according to the required strength and finish. The consistency should be such that it is neither too wet nor too dry to form a solid mould.
Pouring Concrete into the Moulds: Fill the moulds with the mixed concrete. Ensure the mould is completely filled with no air gaps or bubbles. Gently tap the sides of the mould to remove air that may be trapped in it and help spread the concrete evenly.
Leveling the Surface: Level out the mixture on top with a flat surface or trowel to ensure the mold is evenly filled and there is no excess material.
Curing: Allow the concrete to set for 24 to 48 hours, depending on environmental conditions, and the thickness of the tile. Tile pieces should be maintained moist during curing to allow thorough hydration and subsequent hardening.
Demoulding: Once concrete has cured for the appropriate period, the mould is removed in a careful and gentle manner, as the mould made of PVC is flexible, non-sticking, and removes easily.
Checking for defects or imperfections that may include crack formation or non-flat surfaces for correction.
Finishing: If desired, further finishing work can be undertaken, such as polishing, coating, or sealing, to upgrade the aesthetic qualities and durability of the tiles.
Allow the tiles to dry fully before they can be used to install.
Storage: Store them in a cool, dry environment to prevent the tiles from becoming warped or otherwise damaged during curing and storage.
