Company’s quotation or offer of price of product and supply is final and are not capable of change, if the clients accepts the same he must do so in writing any counter offer (unless agreed upon) cannot be accepted by the company.
The buyer will have, by default accepted the terms and condition laid by the company, if he accepts the delivery of the products, and is proof that there is a contract of the trade.
The company will make all realistic efforts in meeting the duration of the final delivery of the product however, by means of untoward reason (which may be agreed upon between the parties) or natural calamities, there could be delay in delivery.
If by the way of uncontrollable circumstance such as accidents/ irregular supply of raw materials/ strikes/ natural calamities, the final goods are damaged or delayed the company may not be held liable for it, and it will not be subjected to any reimbursement of compensations.
The products will carry no warranties except the ones that are agreed on at the time of contract.
The above Terms & Conditions are, subject to change and in no way final. The final agreement shall be agreed upon at the time of Purchase Order.
